Rates
Work is charged from £20 per hour. Estimates are provided free of charge.
Hourly rates relate to professional services and will include time spent on the assignment, liaison with client by telephone or email and attending meetings, travel time and mileage. Any additional specific costs incurred such as stationery, postage, packing, travel and other expenses will be charged at cost. If weekend or evening assistance is requested, there will be a surcharge of 50% on the hourly rate for evenings and 100% for weekends.
Five Valleys VA is not VAT registered.
Terms
Clients will be sent a Client Contract and Confidentiality Agreement to be signed and returned before the commencement of any work. A contract can be terminated by giving one week’s notice on either side.
Payment is strictly 14 days and may be made either by electronic transfer or cheque.

Five Valleys VA is owned by Patricia Jefferies, who is a qualified Personal Assistant with over 25 years experience at CEO and Managing Director level. In addition to traditional secretarial and PA skills, she has a wide knowledge of organising travel itineraries, dinners and events. Her extensive experience has provided her with opportunities to interact at all levels. She prides herself in high quality work and is discreet and professional at all times.
